Eclipse Timepiece One-Year Service Warranty

Eclipse Timepiece offers a one-year warranty on all watches from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the listing or invoice.

Exclusions from the Service Warranty

Pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry, and accessories are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, as most mechanical (and Quartz) watches may not maintain perfect accuracy, the warranty does not cover watches that may run slow or fast. Damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching, is also not covered. Cracked, scratched, or broken crystals, as well as water damage, are not covered. Alterations, repairs, or custom work done without prior written consent from Eclipse Timepiece will void this warranty. Any unauthorized attempts at repair, modification, or tampering of the watch by technicians not authorized by the Company will also void the warranty. Wholesale/dealer orders are not covered under this warranty.

The Eclipse Timepiece one-year service warranty applies only to customers based in the U.S. and does not extend to international transactions. All international sales are final.

Furthermore, the warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original buyer.

Process for Repair under Eclipse Timepiece One-Year Service Warranty

All warranty repairs must be conducted at the Eclipse Timepiece headquarters by our authorized technicians. Please contact us at 1-312-535-1671 to obtain written authorization and instructions before sending your watch for warranty repair.

We cannot accept responsibility for watches sent in for repair without prior notice. Eclipse Timepiece is not liable for any watches lost in transit during warranty repair.

Eclipse Timepiece is an independent watch dealer and not an authorized retailer for any of the brands it carries, including the Rolex Watch Company or its subsidiary, Rolex USA. While Eclipse Timepiece sells pre-owned Rolex watches, it provides its own warranties. Rolex Watch Company (www.rolex.com) or its subsidiaries are not obligated to provide warranty service for watches sold by Eclipse Timepiece
